Community Magazine Submission Guidelines
We’re thrilled you’re interested in sharing your story with our community! To ensure our publication remains a welcoming space for all, please follow these guidelines:
- Respectful Content: Articles should be informative, inspiring, or thought-provoking. We promote kindness, empathy, and understanding.
- No Attacks or Criticism: Avoid personal attacks, criticism, or negativity towards individuals, groups, or organizations.
- Positive Tone: Focus on solutions, successes, and uplifting stories.
- Relevance: Ensure your article aligns with our magazine’s themes and interests.
- Original Content: Submit original, unpublished work only.
- Respectful Language: Use inclusive, respectful language.
- Length: Articles should be no more than 800 words.
- Format: Submit in Word doc or Google Doc format.
- Images: Include high-res images with permission.
- Contact Info: Include a brief bio and contact info.

Space is provided as a courtesy. We reserve the right to publish or reject based on available space and/or content. Thank you for contributing to our community!
Political Groups: Space in the community magazine is provided as a courtesy to all groups who wish to participate. For political groups (Republican/Democrat Clubs, etc.), we ask that groups focus on club activities and positive feedback. Share what your group is doing for the community. Negative articles or attacks on individuals, groups, or the other “side” won’t be printed.
